In 1900 he worked at his father's Weppner Provision Co. He married Louise M. Phillipe on 12 June 1907, and they had a son, George O., and a daughter, Jeanne E. He was named among his mother's survivors in 1915 and died in Palm Beach, Florida, in February 1963.
