Twin brother of Frank Arnold and a partner in Arnold Weppner's Sons, whose packing plant took up 172–186 Guilford Street in 1900. He lived at 231 East Utica Street. He married Anna Elizabeth Schmidt on 27 October 1886, and they had three daughters: Edith Marie, Della Marie, who married Vincent Paul Creighton in 1921, and Loretta.
